The fastest way to sign up for Online Banking is to click on the print your own Sign Up forms link below, print the appropriate enrollment forms, fill them out and postal mail them to us at the address shown.

If you are not able to print your own documents, fill in the Customer Information section below and press the Submit button. Shortly after we receive your information you will be mailed an Online Banking Enrollment packet. This packet will include forms that must be signed and returned to Farmers & Merchants Bank before you can access our Online Banking System.

Online Banking requires a Business or Personal account with Farmers & Merchants Bank. A separate application and agreement are required for Business Accounts and/or Cash Management services.
